This online newsletter is meant to keep all our fans informed about what we’re working on, what’s been released, important announcements, and a look at what’s coming up.

General Update
Less work travel in the past month has allowed for lots of work to be done! Many projects have moved closer to release and there will be a wave of releases starting in September. Additionally, our general product categories below have changed slightly.
Legacy
There are currently no updates on any Legacy products.
Multi-System Supplements
“Multi-System Supplements” is the new general product category for all products designed to support multiple systems, but are not part of Shadowed Earth (because some Shadowed Earth products cover multiple systems). This includes Tabletop Gaming Guides, Systematic Settings, and Systematic Adventures. It will also include future product series that cover multiple systems, of which will not be named at this time (although they are already on the planning list). Tabletop Gaming Guide to the: Mongol Empire is now being revised. It will include a systemless sourcebook without any mechanics and How to Guides for Savage Worlds (SWADE), Entropic Gaming System (EGS 2.0), and Legend. It will also include expanded content, new formatting, and a new layout. Everyone who already owns the Ultimate Guides book will get a copy of the new book for PDF download.
Shadowed Earth
The Fallen is still in layout; three new pieces of artwork have come in and only one piece remains. The playbooks have also been laid out and the book is expected to be ready for a September release if all goes well.
Beyond the Firelight Deluxe is now also in layout. This is coming along nicely, but it will be given new cover artwork before release. It should hopefully be ready by October.
Cryptozoology #01 has just been sent off for editing. Cryptozoology #02 is done through layout and pending release after EGS 2.0 is released. Both of these will include How to Guides (i.e. the stat blocks) for Savage Worlds (SWADE), Entropic Gaming System (EGS 2.0), Beyond the Firelight Deluxe, and The Fallen.
Faith & Demons: The Rising 2nd Edition has entered planning and researching. This new edition will be SWADE-compatible and contain a significantly different approach to the setting than before. It will be fully aligned to the Shadowed Earth canon and contain much more history than fantasy. Like Judgment Day 2nd Edition, this is not a revision of the original, but a complete re-imagining of the setting.

Family Gaming
“Family Gaming” is the new general product category for all family-style games. At this point it includes Little Heroes with additional product lines already being planned. Little Heroes Deluxe is pretty much completed for layout, but is pending new cover artwork before release.
Entropic Gaming System
Entropic Gaming System 2nd Edition (EGS 2.0) will kick-off with the System Reference Document. The SRD has just completed editing and is pending my final review. It will then go through layout and be available as a no-frills, free download. Additionally, future EGS 2.0 products will be standalone, but the SRD will contain the extensive guidance GMs may desire for running games. The core books will otherwise not need the SRD. The first book to be released in this fashion will be Entropic Science Fiction. This will be a complete, standalone sci-fi version of the Entropic Gaming System including the core mechanics, but designed with only sci-fi games in mind. Due to rising printing costs, all of these books will be released as 8.5×11 to reduce the page count compared to the previous 7×10 format.
