Greetings one and all and welcome to the latest Throne Report, Mystical Throne Entertainment’s online newsletter posted around the middle of every month. This online newsletter is meant to keep all our fans informed about what we’re working on, what’s been released, important announcements, and a look at what’s coming up.

General Update

Nothing major to announce this month. Things are moving along nicely and our first 6×9 format book is out. Expect to see more new releases in the upcoming months.

No New Updates

There are currently no new updates regarding Entropic Gaming System, Licensed Settings, Ancient World, Systematic Supplements, d100 products, and Mythos.

Ultimate Guides

Last month saw the release of Ultimate Settings Guide: Conspiracies for Savage Worlds. An Entropic Gaming System version is in process and will be available soon. If not this month then early in May. Now that I’m caught up on other things, the EGS versions of already-released Ultimate Guides will be released and the EGS version of to-be-released Ultimate Guides will be released alongside the Savage Worlds version.

Ultimate Characters Guide: Psionics has been sent over for artwork from Carlos Torreblanca. He’s started digging into the content and will hopefully be producing soon. Ultimate Medieval Guide: Feudal Japan is in editing, and work on Ultimate Dark Ages Guide: Vikings has resumed. As stated, all of these books will be released as EGS and Savage Worlds versions at the same time. I’m not sure what Ultimate Guides book will come after these as it depends on what development finishes first. However, there are a lot more planned!

paNik Productions just released a new multi-system product, Welcome to Bremen, including EGS stats – http://www.rpgnow.com/product/206444/Welcome-to-Bremen.

Shadowed Earth

Beyond the Firelight core rulebook is now available in PDF and POD in paperback and hardcover. The retail version is being put off until a later date (not sure when though). Beyond the Firelight: Town of Dover has been handed off for editing. Whereas the playtest Scenarios were 4 Acts (meant to be played in a single night), this one is a full-length adventure, allowing multi-day gameplay. It is 15 Acts long and does some interesting things with how some of the Acts play-out that adds to the core rulebook (such as branching the story depending on the decisions of the players). This Scenario does a good job of demonstrating a larger picture of storytelling RPGs as opposed to the 4-Act Scenarios designed to introduce new players to the game.

Little Heroes

The Little Heroes core rulebook is now available in PDF and POD. This contains additional artwork which will be incorporated into the coloring book mentioned last month.

Savage Insider

Savage Insider Issue #4: Shaking Things Up 5-year anniversary edition is now available. Savage Insider Issue #5: CONventional Gaming is already undergoing revisions.

Broken Ruler Games

Broken Ruler Games has launched the High Plains Samurai open beta playtest, The Rehearsal Edition. Download it for free over at RPGNow and provide your feedback to make this game even more awesome!
