Greetings one and all and welcome to the latest Throne Report, Mystical Throne Entertainment’s online newsletter posted around the middle of every month. This online newsletter is meant to keep all our fans informed about what we’re working on, what’s been released, important announcements, and a look at what’s coming up.

General Update

Nothing major to announce this month. Things are moving along nicely and our first 6×9 format book is out. Expect to see more new releases in the upcoming months.

No New Updates

There are currently no new updates regarding Entropic Gaming System, Licensed Settings, Ancient World, Systematic Supplements, d100 products, and Mythos.

Ultimate Guides

Not only did the artwork come in for Ultimate Settings Guide: Conspiracies (Savage Worlds), but I also sent the content back to Tyler Omichinski for some additions to round-out the PC content in the book. I’m very satisfied with the outcome and the book is now available in PDF. The POD should be available soon, although RPGNow has been having some issues getting print files into the printer’s hands.

Editing for Ultimate Characters Guide: Psionics (Savage Worlds) completed today, Ultimate Medieval Guide: Feudal Japan (Savage Worlds) is next for editing, Ultimate Dark Ages Guide: Vikings (Savage Worlds) is in the development queue, second after Beyond the Firelight: Town of Dover, and Tyler Omichinski is planning two more sourcebooks – Ultimate Characters Guide: Undead (Savage Worlds) and Ultimate Characters Guide: Villains (Savage Worlds). After the Vikings book is done, I will be taking the setting content from Five Points and creating Ultimate Antebellum Guide: Five Points (Savage Worlds).

Third Party Products

paNik Productions just released a new multi-system product, Welcome to Bremen, including EGS stats – http://www.rpgnow.com/product/206444/Welcome-to-Bremen.

Shadowed Earth

Beyond the Firelight core rulebook is now available in PDF and POD in paperback and hardcover. The retail version is being put off until April (I just haven’t had time yet). I am over half-way through development of the full-length Scenario Beyond the Firelight: Town of Dover. Whereas the playtest Scenarios were 4 Acts (meant to be played in a single night), this one will be 15 or more with some new features, allowing multi-day gameplay.

Little Heroes

Little Heroes: The Lost Faery is now available in PDF. The POD files were uploaded, but the delay with RPGNow means it’s still not available. The core rulebook is in layout, although the artwork will need to be commissioned from Andrew DeFelice. One fun thing to note is that the artwork was commissioned as inked line art. After speaking with Andrew, we’re going to release his character portraits as a coloring book for PWYW. This will be a fun way to introduce children to the game and allow them to create the Personality they play within the game.

Savage Insider

Savage Insider Issue #4: Shaking Things Up has gone through the 5-year anniversary revisions and layout is completed. It will be uploaded on April 1.

Broken Ruler Games

Broken Ruler Games has launched the High Plains Samurai open beta playtest, The Rehearsal Edition. Download it for free over at RPGNow and provide your feedback to make this game even more awesome!
